EUSD participates in the National School Lunch Program. With the recent adoption of the Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act, EUSD has continued to improve the nutrient content of the meals it serves. The Child Nutrition Services Department analyzes all of its menus with the help of nutrient analysis software. USDA has set strict guidelines for calories, fat and nutrient content.
