Odyssey of the Mind
Calling all students who like to have fun while problem solving!!
Odyssey of the Mind is a national program where students combine problem solving and theater with a creative twist. Through writing of original scripts, creation of technical elements, costumes, and props, teams of students (as many as 7 per team) work together to produce incredible solutions to creative problems while thinking beyond the box! Odyssey of the Mind supports Common Core standards.
Details:

Program is open to 2nd – 6th graders. Applicants must submit a written application and be approved by their teachers.

Students must commit to attending weekly meetings with their coach/team.

Parents must be willing to help when needed, support Coach.

All teams must have a parent coach.

Regional tournament is in early March.
** Parent Info Meeting on September 9th, at 8:15am in the Auditorium. Coastal Region Director, Beth Weissman, will be there to answer questions!

There are three divisions at ECC : grades K-2, 3-5 and 6-8.

Regional tournament is March 11. State tournament is March 25.

and ASSISTANT COACHES! If you are interested, please consider coaching this year!
